What You Need to Know
The E-One is a revolutionary medically certified at-home Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) hair removal device. The technology works by delivering an intense light pulse to the pigment in your hair, separating it from its nourishing structure and resulting in permanent hair removal.
The E-One IPL can be used on all body surfaces that are including the bikini line, jaw, moustache, neck, and forehead, but not on the area protected by safety glasses.
How to Use
For all conditions – light skin or tanned skin, most hair types, summer or winter – treated hair will not regrow and the skin will retain its softness after only a few sessions at home.
Effectively treated hairs will begin to fall out gradually 8 days after each treatment which is on average 15 days. They may begin to regrow after 40 to 60 days of falling out. There is no need to be concerned; after several treatment sessions, hair regrowth will be thinner and less dense.
After 10 to 12 treatments with spaced approximately 2 months apart, only 1 or 2 applications per year should be required to keep skin clear and hair free.
Overall Design
The E-One includes safety glasses to shield your eyes from the IPL. When you begin treatment with the E-One Hair Removal Device, you must wear the glasses until you turn them off. The people around you must also wear safety glasses during this time. The glasses are required to shield your eyes from the flash’s light.
Optical Gel is required, which is included with the E-One. The gel, which is similar to the gel used in ultrasound scans, is applied to the skin before flashing it with the E-One.
Patches will conceal small areas that you don’t want to be seen, such as moles.
Ease of Use
When it comes to waxing, you’re dealing with some serious discomfort. When it comes to IPL, tingling sensations are more common than pain.
I’d say there is almost no feeling in the legs and arms, but other parts of the body such as the bikini, moustache, and neck may be more sensitive due to a higher concentration of hair.
This sensitivity should fade gradually with each E-One session as there will be less hair to remove.
Results (Before & After)
It can treat a larger area per flash than others I’ve seen. It has a 6cm2 treatment window the part of the device that comes into contact with the skin to zap the hair, which may not seem like much, but it’s rough twice the size of most other DIY options. Because of the larger working surface, it should be able to cover more ground faster than its competitors.
The fact that I can already see a difference under my arms is very encouraging. From the first use, distinct and very attractive bald patches were obvious. Just continue using the product and you will see a big change in your skin and hair growth soon!
Is it Worth it?
Because your hair grows at different rates, you’ll need several treatments to achieve the best results. I recommend 10 to 12 treatments spread out over 12 to 18 months, followed by one retouch every year or two for some untreated hair.
Other than that, the E-One is equally effective for dark or light hair as long as there is pigment in the hair structure.
I believe this product is suited to the type of person who is cost-conscious and considers all costs in the long run.
