Cellulite has never been a major problem of mine, although I do have a few dips on the backs of my thighs and all over my bottom. And, while they don’t keep me awake at night or prevent me from wearing shorts, they’re also something I could live without.
What You Need to Know

How to Use
Use 5 days each week for the first 60 days. To sustain effects after 60 days, utilize 2-3 days each week.
CLEANSE THE TREATMENT AREA FIRST. Apply the Hydrating Aqua Gel Activator to one treatment area at a time in a mask-like coating.
LIFT: Apply NuBODY to affected areas as indicated. On smooth out persistent dimples, apply NuBODY to the affected area for up to 5 minutes (until the device powers off automatically).

Overall Design
When I use it, I not only get quick results, but I also get to enjoy longer-term benefits. I’m not as regular with it as I was with the NuFACE Mini, but I’ve been doing it most days lately and it’s working great. It is suggested that you use the NuBODY 5 times per week for three months, then 2 – 3 times per week after that, and the reviews I read from people who had the discipline to stick with that program seemed to have the most drastic results.

To use, I simply apply the primer gel to the treatment area to prevent the heat generated by the microcurrent. Then I take hold of the handle and slowly glide it over my skin. I have a few stubborn dimples, so I hold it in the same spot for two to three beeps (every five seconds) to really get at them, but if I just need a quick go-over, I only do one beep per area.
Results (Before & After)
The NuBODY is solely used on my upper arms, thighs, and stomach. Each region takes five minutes to complete (plus the time it takes to apply gel or aloe then remove it or massage it in after). I barely have 15 minutes to devote to it most of the time, so I use it on my stomach and either my arms or my legs, but I treat all areas when I have the opportunity.
